What are your requirements for creating a 3D Architectural Rendering?
We require the Floor plans, Elevations, Sectional plans and everything else that might be needed for us to understand your project fully to successfully have your project modeled in 3D. TOP

What format will you require the files?
You could either give us a digital format (cad) or a sketch/manual draft plans. Though the digital format would be favored more. TOP

Will I get a discount if I provide you with the digital files?
No. It is the responsibility of the designer to provide us with the most accurate data for the creation of the project in 3D. Digital files are favored more only for the reason of default accuracy that came from the client. Default accuracy means that it is the details done in-house with the designer by the cad operators or the designer/s himself. Resulting to a unaltered design, thus we coin it as a default accuracy. Will I pay more if I'll just be providing sketches or incomplete data?
No. But it is the designers responsibility to provide us with the most accurate data for the creation of the project in 3d. With this in hand, inaccuracy and some flaws maybe expected in this kind of situation. TOP

Can I make changes with the 3d model?
Yes. But additional charges may apply depending on the revisions that are needed to be made. TOP

How long will it take for my job order to be completed?
Answer here depends on many aspects of the project such as size, volume, revisions but it greatly depends on the completeness of the given data by the designer and cooperation for any query that is needed to be answered if any. Given that all requirements are met, usually for a Residential house, a 2-3 days turn around is possible. TOP

Do you accept rush job order/s?
Yes, providing it's within a realistic time frame. We also charge extra for them.  Still, we request that clients to avoid such instances because it leads to inaccuracies both from the designer and  in turn, on our part too. TOP

Up to how many times can I have a project revised?
We usually allow clients to have 1-3 revisions. This depends on the revisions that are needed to be done. TOP

Why is there a limitation in revising my project?
Limitations to revising a project is imposed because we are preventing choosy clients that. We are also preventing redundancy which devours resources with much less results. TOP

Can I have the camera position changed?
Yes. This is done during the submission of the initial proofs of the project. TOP

Can I have the final image printed on paper?
No. Printing is not included with the rendering of your project/s. Though arrangements could be made if the client would request a printout. TOP

On what image format will the images be?
We typically save our images in TIFF or JPEG formats, but can accommodate other formats if requested. TOP

What are your rates?
Rates vary depending on the project requirements and needs. Please do not hesitate to request a pricing for your specific project/s. TOP


Why do others have a standard pricing published?
Manicdimensions does not list a standard pricing scheme since we believe that there is no such thing as a standard project. Difficulty, level of details, and the needs/wants of per client varies a lot. We don’t want you to pay more of what it should really cost, would you? or the other way around, for us to do much work for less. TOP

What are your methods of Payment?
Payments can be made via  C.O.D., Bank Deposit, Check, PAYPAL or MONEYBOOKERS. Provisions can be made for the most convenient way the client can transact the payment/s. TOP
